OK--staff could explain better options, offers. I gather that most hesitate to speak in English.

Not always informed about guest options, costs. Did not like the fact that I had to get the electronic card re-registered so many times. Not given the receipt for extra payment made for breakfast. Reception staff do not communicate with one another, esp between shifts.
