Poor breakfast and restaurant. I paid a higher rate to Booking than the price at the hotel. I moved to another hotel and will stop using Bookings if a good explanation for the higher price. WHY IS BOOKING.COM MIORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE LUST PRICE ST THE HOTEL!

I've stayed there lots of times before. The location in the middle of town works well for me. Check-in is generally efficient and I love the breakfast

Really disappointing stay. Location is excellent but one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years. Having had a delayed flight from Maputo and arriving at midnight, I entered my room to find it still smelling of smoke from a previous guest. I requested nicely to move to another room explaining that I'm asthmatic and apologising for being a bother. The response of the staff was hostile. I was placed in an old room, with urine left in the toilet, the shower was dirty, I had no water in the room and the aircon was poorly functioning and very noisy. The hotel is big and there was plenty of availability. The staff clearly put in an old, dirty room to make a point about my request. Having been in my colleagues' rooms it was clear that I was deliberately moved to a nasty room because I'd dared to request a room change. The reception staff were unhelpful and unpleasant throughout my stay. I will never return.
