Un enorme grazie a Vincenzo, che è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso. Le sue raccomandazioni e il suo supporto costante prima, durante e anche dopo il soggiorno hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito, ben arredato e situato in una zona davvero comoda, a pochi passi dal centro di Bologna. Abbiamo passato due giorni fantastici e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro. El contacto con el personal fue fácil y las respuestas a nuestras peticiones muy rápidas. Tuvimos la oportunidad de dejar las mochilas en el apartamento y recogerlas por la tarde. Quiero agradecer especialmente a la persona que nos vino a recoger las llaves por la tarde: nos ayudó a pedir el taxi, fue muy amable, cortés y paciente. Eramos un grupo de 5 personas y esperó a que nos recogieran a todas.

Si llegas más tarde de las 21h te aplican un suplemento (está explicado en la página del alojamiento)

Me encantó lo espaciosa que era la habitación y todas instalaciones muy cómodas. El barrio muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y muy cerca de la zona céntrica. La ropa de cama y las toallas de buena calidad. Y la atención de la persona que nos recibió fue perfecta.

"Nice affordable stay for work trip"

I definitely enjoyed my stay and the amount of space I had for a four-day trip. Vincenzo was on time to hand over the keys and was friendly and helpful when I had any questions. The location is good - close enough to the main square but away from the busy streets.

The apartment could use a few repairs/updates. Also there is a restaurant right under the apartment so it could sometimes get loud at night.
