יש מזגן אחד מאד קטן בדירה והוא ממוקם רק בסלון, בחדר השינה ובמקלחת מאד חם עד כדי רותח. לעומת זאת מי שישן בסלון קופא מקור מכיוון שהמזגן על הטמפרטורות הנמוכות כדי קצת לקרר את חדר השינה. הילדים שלנו לא ישנו כל הלילה מרוב חום. הפירסום מאד מבלבל דירה עם מזגן מבחינתי זאת דירה שכולה ממוזגת

Abbiamo soggiornato a Bologna per una visita medica all’Istituto Rizzoli, e non potevamo desiderare un’accoglienza migliore. Vincenzo è stato un host impeccabile: gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere il Rizzoli.

Great apartment, great location. Owners were very helpful especially with our very late check in and holding bags at the apartment. We highly recommend staying here!

All was fab!

Spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location, convenient to the city centre. Located on a fairly quiet street, not too far from grocery store. Good natural lighting and picturesque neigbourhood view from the back window. The kitchen/dining area was particularly charming. We also liked the shower! The host was very accommodating when we requested to drop our luggage off early. We are a retirement-age couple.

If considering this apartment be aware that there is no elevator, as is the case with many historic buildings. The apartment is located on the second floor (third floor to North Americans) so not accessible and a potential challenge to those with mobility concerns.
