Makaazi Nyali

Very pleasant and warm welcome of very nice reception lady! Airport pick up was forgotten, but we got a very generous kind of reimbursement from the kind hotel manager. Good breakfast Big and comfortable rooms.

Service in restaurant is nice but very slow. Bath room is fair. Access to beach, shopping centre and clubs isn't close.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, even helped get us a train ticket! Really lovely atmosphere, felt like staying with friends 😀

Spent one night after landing in Mombasa and before moving on to Diani beach. Makaazi was great value for money - the rooms are sizeable and provided all basic necessities. WiFi worked well, check-in and bar staff were extremely kind, and you have facilities such as garden, pool, and restaurant.

There was a bit of music in the evening but nothing that some earplugs couldn't fix.

I travel a lot, and this was probably one of the most attentive and caring staffs I have encountered. The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with a great pool that I used to swim in almost daily. My room had a little balcony that added to the comfort. I was looking for a peaceful place close to the beach where I could work for a few days, and Makaazi didn't disappoint. On weekends, they have a live band that I appreciated listening from afar. Definitely recommend the place!

The facility is beautiful and the restaurant is amazing as well. I left some items in the hotel and Aida was very kind and helped deliver them from Mombasa to Nairobi. Very thankful for everyone.
