Personal amabil; mâncare proaspătă și diversificată; nota 10 curățenie( în hotel și în jurul hotelului)

Nu am ce să-i reproșez hotelului. O colaborare între hoteluri și cei care organizează extractivități în stațiune ar atrage mai mulți turiști în zonă

Good food, clean rooms, nice spa

Some guests that had kids let them jump into the pool, although there were signs everywhere that didn’t allow jumping in the pool. The staff didn’t enforced the rules

Friendly staff, very clean, amazing location , excellent food

The room I booked online didn't look like the room I stayed in. I booked a double room with 2 beds and I got one queen bed and a sofa. Wished they offered coffee and coffee machine in the room . To get coffee we had to wait until breakfast was served. I wished also they had more info and suggestions on local entertainment/trips.

Personal amabil , curatenie , liniste , mancarea foarte gustoasa .

Alegeti paturile sa fie unite pt camera dubla. Copii dorm intre parinti si marginile patului nu sunt o alegere fericita . Avand in vedere ca este demipensiune normal este sa oferiti si suc , o bautura , apa .. Nu mai umpleti frigiderul daca puneti clientul sa plateasca la final. Atentie , platiti tot ce gasiti in frigider . Nu primiti nimic din partea casei )). Numai bine ...
