USClean and quiet. Good communication and everything as described. Bed was comfortable and the AC/fan combo kept the room cool.
Not a big negative, but the use of a lot of air fresheners (like plugs ins, not the kind that go in your car) could trigger some people who are sensitive to smell.

USVery clean!!! I really had the place to myself, I think most of the weekend. It wasn't too far from the places I visited, like average 25 minutes away. The owner was very attentive with any questions. It was worth the price. Very quiet area. Good for the solo trip for me it was very cozy and gave the feel of a hotel room.
I didn't like that there was no TV in the room i guess you get that if you upgrade but i think each room should have a TV in my opinion because it made the time inside boring and me having to watch TV on my phone for entertainment was a strain. Also the 9am check out was a bit disappointing but this isn't a hotel its a house so I understand.
