There’s no hot water readily available,you have to keep going to the reception if you need hot water any other time than the morning.I didn’t get the room that I booked and when I enquired the receptionist said someone needed the room a day before I got there whereas I booked the room a week earlier and they gave the room to that person .The toilet wasn’t properly clean.There’s no kettle or tea station,if you need a kettle you need to keep borrowing.The receptionist plays videos on his phone out loud and when I confronted him about the noise and the noise made by other visitors because I was writing an exam the next day and had to study he said he can’t control how other people speak .The free toiletries mentioned on property facilities is a used bar soap 😮‍💨,only hot towels on the 3rd day of my stay .

The carpet was not clean. The room was no similar to the picture. Without pinpointing the persons hygiene I believe the reception guy/ person was not really representing the place.

Cold water, clean but not smelling good. Wasn't a pleasant room to put guests in and the toilet had to be shared every movement made us not comfortable and the noise people make noise at night

The location is perfect.I was able to walk to the mall. Beds are comfortable Fridge, microwave and fan were good Room was clean

There was no kettle and cups, had to ask for it. Water is cold early mornings. The toilet paper was not full Falling shower rails No desk for eating or doing your work

There was nothing to like about the accommodation . Is was a Porn place. We arrived very late at 11:45 pm. After a very long conversation arguing about my reservation, They were saying I booked a single room while they had evidence of a double room with 2 double beds in front of them. Only to find out that there was someone who was there just before I arrived. The evidence was condoms laying all around the room. Not sure how many people were there but surely it looks like it was used for some gang sexual pleasure. And apparently there is no clean services after hours.

The experience i had was bad. They did not even have hot water. I left there without getting a shower. They should change their name. It is very deceiving. From Kiara Luxury Accommodation to Porn House. Or happy hour.
