Stunning accommodation in this very special little town. Beds were super comfy, dinner awesome and the general feel of the house amazing,

The property itself is amazing. We love how you've restored and converted the historical building. As a lover of old maps, I also found the large wall map hanging downstairs to be fascinating.

It was winter, and being an old, stone building, it was a tad chilly. The wood-burning stove was great, though, and once we were snuggled under the blankets, the bedrooms were fine, too.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, the staff were extremely helpful and the garden is big and gorgeous. We really appreciated being able to take our dog with us too.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, I wouldn't like to have to try and cook a meal there. Also a couple of things in the kitchen cupboards had been put away dirty, as had the toothbrush mugs in the bathroom.

Beautiful clean and comfortable house. The interior of the house is very interesting!

The property is immaculate, well maintained, beautiful and interesting, with quirky and interesting artefacts. We would have loved another night there to use more of the facilities offered, perhaps an outdoor braai. We loved the decor it really is beautifully appointed. The attention to detail from the fluffy white towels to the comfort of the bed and the superior linen was outstanding and appreciated. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We were met on site and made to feel welcome and comfortable. The owners were in contact at all times. They even made our dinner reservation for us, which was a lovely touch.
