Nothing. It was an absolute nightmare. The owners are also quite shady. Given the horrendous experience, I checked out a day earlier and the owner marked my card on booking.com as invalid. This means that I'm a no show and this is what they conveyed to booking.com, while in fact I had paid in full when I checked in. I also shared the same with booking.com and didn't see any refunds for the inconvenience and deception. I will never recommend this or booking.com to anyone. 1. Food is mediocre but VERY VERY expensive 2. Room sizes like a small lodge, but expecting 5 star rates 3. Staff under trained and don't even want to talk about it 4. Attitude of the owners is pathetic and fraudulent 5. Access to this property is another thing to experience - horrible. If a vehicle gets stuck in the slush (which one did!), there's no way to get in or out of the property. I have never experienced such a bad vacation. Kachins Homes should cease to exist as it's a rip off. Period.

Kachin's home is a very well maintained and a cozy bohemian property, located in the midst of hills. The route leading is a bit tricky but worth the picturesque view. The staff and especially the owner Abhinav was very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Would definately recommend and visit again.
