Very good location

Went by car, the road leading to kachins homes is very difficult to identify. Very small road. Need a big direction board at the Selas village entry point.

The stay and location were good, And very good scenario near the Home stay.

But the transport information was unclear, making it difficult to find the place. Additionally, there was poor communication as the staff at the home did not understand English well.

Food was average, meant for singles and not for a couple of family as it is too small a property. Staff were good.

Horrible approach to the stay. Rooms were extremely small, absolutely no WIFI. Food was ok. Stomach upset due to badly fried french fries, it was not fried properly and sticky, fell sick. Mosquitoes around and the room has zero ventilation. Sounds above our room during midnight. They have a kitchen above.

The location, hospitality, home cooked food and the amount of detailing that has gone into building this stay is exceptional. I booked for two days and ended up wanting to stay longer. I will definitely come back to Coornoor, maybe not so much to explore the city but just to stay here.

It was difficult to reach even in car, due to couple of very steep turns. The last about 100 meters is kacha and single road. Common place for sitting and dining with a view is very nicely done, but it is mostly occupied by bigger families who do not have balconies in their room. We had to leave early by a day due to medical reason, but room tariff was not cancellable, and the owner agreed to refund only if they get a guest, which was obviously looking difficult since we had to decide just on previous evening.

The staff were polite and amazing with great food freshly cooked everytime you cook
