My bed sheets came off, the leather bed underneath was a bit unpleasant AC didn't seem to had been working properly, the dehumidifier function was rather a humidifier..

9 rating does not live up to the reality. Lovely people but clueless about logistics ancient city, running an hotel. Can do with some language and basic hospitality training.

Stayed for three nights, had a great experience with the staff really friendly and welcoming. The food is really good I had breakfast every day and an evening meal on the last night. very tasty with big portions. 100% recommend the place for a few days in Polonnaruwa.

Their warm welcome made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious food served at the hotel. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were authentic and the portions were generous. It was clear that great care was taken in preparing each dish. Overall, our experience at Hotel Siyathma was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Polonnaruwa.
