E bem complicado para conseguir acessar o apartamento. Tive que pedir informações para pessoas da rua .. não dava para achar o local onde fica a chave. O anfitrião só manda mensagens em Italiano. Ele poderia tirar fotos para demonstrar o acesso a chave e fazer chamada de vídeo com o hóspede em Inglês pelo menos. Também tivemos problemas com o aquecimento do chuveiro.

Clean, cozy, very good price and location.

This property is in a great location! The aircon was much appreciated in the August heat and the block out shutters were great for the day night cycle for those with jet lag. Stefy was very responsive on WhatsApp if we had any questions and graciously allowed us a later check out so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around while waiting for the train.

Entrance to the apartment is quite convoluted with three separate locked areas. Before reaching the front door there is a dark corridor which was unfortunately being painted when we arrived at which meant there were sheets hung up every where in the dark which was a bit scary. Also bins had not been cleaned/emptied properly which was a little gross. Once we moved past these tiny things they didn’t impact our stay much.

The location was great, the apartment was like the photos, nice and clean. Stefania was very helpful!!! I hope I can visit Bologna again and stay at Casa Courrier again

A bit too small. But we like it.
