Service and employees are absolutely amazing! The pool is very nice and relaxing, the garden with the water lilies a beauty. Comfortable beds and nice rooms with balcony

The hotel has a very nice garden and pool. The rooms are nice and big, the shower is great! I like the ecological side, which is very important to me . The staff are fabulous!!!!

Breakfast was delicious with lots and lots of options...service was terrific...Chan at the reception and his several colleagues were all so helpful, friendly, efficient and professional....cannot say enough about the reception staff, especially Chan. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing. The grounds of the property were beautifully designed and so well maintained and the location was fine. We had to change rooms a couple of times but that was because we had booked at the very last minute and had to take what was available...busy place and we definitely understand why...all of the rooms were great

Very quite, comfortable and clean room overlooking the beautiful gardens, with a nice patio. Staff was incredibly helpful.

It's located about a 30 minute walk from the main part of town, which was both good and bad. They have free bikes for the guests but they can't be used in the evening because they have no lights. So we rented a motorcycle which solved the problem.

The kindness of the people who worked there

The UNESCO heritage pond is a charming place to have breakfast which was included. It’s away from the main tourist strip and closer to more authentic Lao daily life.

Excellent staff who were very helpful and gave very good service. Pool was lovely and again the service was excellent. Rooms were ok, a bit small but the it’s Luangprabang. Gardens absolutely stunning. Breakfast was good but no brown bread. 🥯

No brown bread Only one English Channel Smoking on the balconies was allowed and to be frank if you’re not a smoker you shouldn’t have it inflicted on you, passive smoking because the dividing walls are not solid.

We initially reserved 4 nights in this resort. However, due to our child’s illness we had to cancel flights and were stuck in Parasol Blanc until we were allowed to fly again. This was, under the circumstances, not a punishment. The resort is truly beautiful with nice comfortable rooms, pool, luscious gardens and a great restaurant. I can honestly say the staff made us feel so much at home and cared for us as if we were family. Chef Rasika even prepared special food for our son. We are so grateful and we specifically thank; Seng, Lin, Lai 2x, Sy, Chan, Sou, Chef Rasika and off course Baptiste.
