The lovely staff - so warm and accommodating; the charming French colonial architecture and beautiful gardens; free use of bicycles and free drop off in town by electric buggy for dinner

Pool was at the back of the property - would have been better in the middle of the gardens near the bar

The staff is unbelievably attentive, which made us feel super welcomed! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with the most comfortable beds we had in whole of Laos. Also the restaurant is great, definitely try the pumpkin soup, we had it twice because it was so delicious. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely gardens. Staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome for our Honeymoon. They also provided a free shuttle into town which was so helpful and the driver was very nice. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay!

Good location. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. All the staff go out of their way to look after you. The chef was fantastic, not just cooking exceptional food but also very warm and caring personality. I have a severe food allergy and he and the waiter/waitress went above and beyond to ensure I was catered for.

The garden is magnificent. It is so nice to enjoy good food or a drink while looking at it. It's only 5 minutes by tuk tuk to get in town center. It's also possible to get there using bicycle provided by the hotel for free. It's a little heaven where you can relax after a day visiting Luang Prabang.

Great stay, beautiful clean hotel, great choice for breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Would recommend to others.

Only issue was shower with water pressure, water comes on and then turns to a trickle which I’ve reported and they said they would look into it.

Very comfortable bed and the room is very quiet with a view on the garden Pool and garden are very nice Breakfast is good with a lot of choice (but beware that drink other than coffee or tea are not included)

For the price it’s a bit surprising to have to pay additional charges to get a latte at breakfast… also with all the fresh fruits nearby, the juices are bottled juices…a bit disappointing. Service was a bit chaotic and not very professional compared to other hotels we’ve been to (and that were cheaper..). Minivan and taxi suggested by the hotel are way more expensive than Loca Pay, the local Uber/grab.
