Shinoda House

歴史的建造物を美しく保存し活用していて素晴らしいです。 建物は古くても扉の建て付けなどは問題なく、快適に過ごせました。 豪華な作りのダイニングルームでの食事は、貴族になったような気分を味わえました。 寝室も広く、快適でした。施設のスタッフの方との連絡もスムーズでした。 駐車場は5ナンバーまでしか停められませんが、建物の目の前にコインパーキングがあるので利便性には問題はありませんでした。

キッチンやバスルームなど水回りは新しく使いやすかったのですが、一般住宅にあるようないたって普通のものだったので、新しくてもレトロな雰囲気のあるタイルや水栓を使用するなど、もう少し建物に合ったものだったらなと思いました。

We had a great stay at Shinoda House. The house is over 100 years old and has so much character. We really loved the traditional decor and unique atmosphere. There were five of us, and the space felt very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and everything we needed. The only thing I noticed was a bit of dust on the window frames, but other than that, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great too, not far from the beach. Overall, a lovely place with lots of charm. We’d definitely stay again!

This house is amazing. We wanted to move in permanently as soon as we got inside.

Whole house with large rooms, and the lovely cool garden, quiet location. Huge dining room excellent to have a nice dinner evening (no issue to find free table in restaurants) By eating in, for a group of 4-6, you also save a lot of money. Kitchen and bathroom both very modern and practical. House accomodates easily 6 (3 bedrooms) though we were only 4 with a baby. WiFi fine

Bright wall lights in dining room should have shade covers. Some curtains in bedrooms missing to avoid bright early morning light.

セキュリティ 窓にカーテンがなく、一部の場所は中の様子がわかってしまう。 2階の和室の窓が壊れていて、閉められないので風が入る

広さ、歴史的価値、快適さ、交通面 最高でした。 タオル、ブラシ、歯ブラシ、ボディタオル、カミソリ、ヘアゴムなどアメニティも豊富でした。 寝巻きは無いため各自用意しました。

暖房をつけても廊下や洗面所が寒いです。 TVはアンテナ線が繋がっていないため地デジ等は映りません。 ただ、AndroidTVがあるため各種配信サービスにログインし視聴は可能です。

Beautiful stately heritage home with a beautiful dining room and tow large comfortable bed rooms.

We had not realized that most homes in Japan do not have central heating. As a result we found some areas of the house quite chilly as we were there in December.
