What stood out to me was the feeling of calm. Even though it’s centrally located, the guesthouse feels private and relaxed. The room had enough space for my luggage, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The staff were attentive and gave useful local advice without being pushy. It felt sincere.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas du Mékong avec bars, restaurants, départs des excursions en bateau... et proche des attractions du centre. Petite guesthouse familiale sympathique. Le patron parle bien anglais et est très compétent pour vous organiser excursions et transports divers, ce qui simplifie la vie. Chambre à l'étage avec balcon commun peu fréquenté, pas grande mais correcte avec clim, ventilateur et extracteur, moustiquaire et volets à la fenêtre. Bon petit déjeuner, simple, à base d'oeufs préparés de toutes les façons et de toasts avec beurre et confiture. Café, thé, eau fraîche et chaude toujours disponibles à la réception.

Clim un peu bruyante quand elle arrive à température. Manque un peu d'espace quand-même, mais ce n'est pas cher...

Personnel à l 'écoute. Emplacement au top. Très très bien situé au cœur de ville.

Nice family run guest house near, but not on the main road that runs along the river. So, a bit quieter. Provides a good breakfast as part of the plan. Easy access, but can be a long walk, to most tourist spots in town. Wifi was good.

Stayed 5 nights and reserved a particular room that had been given to another guest prior to my arrival so had to stay in a different, smaller room for the first 2 nights. Felt a bit like a scam rather than an honest mistake.
