Property location and staff were absolutely amazing could not fault anything. Lady on reception moved my room for me which she did not have to do. I hindsight this was my fault completely and I wish to apologise for my misunderstanding. Breakfast which was included was excellent too. Thank you to the gracious staff.

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Größen Angaben, viel kleiner als angegeben. Extra Zimmer mit Balkon gemietet (extra Preis) um dann festzustellen, dass es ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon ist, den alle nutzen können. Daher auch laut. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig und laut . Blick auf den Mekong ist sehr schön. Frühstück leider kein Obst, nur Toast und Eierspeisen. Insgesamt zu teuer für das, was einem geboten wird. Leider die anderen Bewertungen erst nach Buchung gesehen. Lage ist aber super. Personal selbst freundlich, aber ansonsten wirklich schlecht die Unterkunft für die Preis. Das mit dem Balkon eine falsche Angabe und damit m.E. Betrug mit falschen Angaben

I stayed here because I wanted something close to the Mekong without being noisy. It turned out to be a smart choice. Clean space, friendly people, and a relaxed atmosphere.

La description : chambre de 25m2 et la réalité 10m2 c'est insupportable. Un lit raide comme une planche..et pourtant j'aime un lit ferme..J'ai été mal reçue par une dame : même pas un verre d'eau ou jus de fruit. La chambre pas prête avant 11h30 alors que j'avais demandé et prévenu de mon arrivée à 10h car voyage de nuit, nuit blanche passée.. je demande un petit déjeuner même à payer la dame me dit non c'était possible jusqu'à 9h ..5 nuits de prévues, je ne reste que 2 nuits

Quiet location, good Wi-Fi, clean bed, and helpful reception. Everything was handled professionally and kindly.

This place works very well as a base for exploring. It’s easy to reach attractions on foot, and the river is just steps away. The room was spotless and felt safe at all times. Staff were helpful with scooter rental and transport arrangements. I also liked having tea and coffee available anytime.
