Staff, amenities, warm pool, access to beach, facilities and games. Restaurant. Safety.

The hotel vs apartments is an issue. Unit is as advertised but not in good shape and the owner needs to update and repair. Lots of issues, old fridges not working, rust, fans are dodgy, cupboards broken and cracked but the hotel can't help.

The location and facilities were great

The privately owned apartments are not kept at the same standard as the hotel rooms. It also seems there isn’t a basic standard they have to comply to The shower was a disaster and the apartment seemed unkept. Very disappointing after our first few nights were spent in the Breakers official accommodation
