Manukau Room Accommodation

We were able to arrive last minute after having our flight cancelled and getting stuck in Auckland. Was easy to get to the property and helpful instructions were sent on how to get to our room and the property facilities etc.. Room was clean and comfy.

Dogs were barking all night and sounded like they were right outside the window - hard to sleep as it was quite noise in general in the house/area. Also booked for 2 nights and ended up only staying one night as managed to get on a flight back home early the next morning (after being told I wouldn't be able to get home for 2 days). I understand that I couldn't change the booking, but maybe a partial refund could have been offered after I let the property know we wouldn't be staying the second night.

Great value for money for those looking to stay 15/20 min from the airport and on a cheap budget.

Location was excellent

Somewhere within a few houses there was a dog that barked and howled about every half hour all night on the second, third and fourth night so as soon as I was put out of the events I was competing in I left for home - 1 day earlier than I had booked for. It was not the fault of the people I was staying at it was the thoughtless owners of the dog and the lack of policing by the local animal control people.

Nice and peaceful

Good room to stay the night near the AKL airport. I paid NZD 36 for the Uber from the airport to the host and around 30 to go back to the airport.
