The room is good has has good view of South of kampala city, especially at night, the view is amazing.

I asked the hotel to fix the light-bulb and they failed to do it till I left.

It’s the most disorganised place i have ever been in; 1. They don’t respond to the messages on this app. They only have a landline, to get a whatsapp number you have to call landline which is difficult if you don’t have a Ugandan number 2. When i was taken to the room after check in, it was a room allocated to someone else. We moved around checking other rooms which were either not cleaned or were just upside down 3. Whilst sleeping there was a knock on the door where someone had been given a key with my room number 4. Very early in the morning someone came in to bring a cup i hadn’t requested. Also, who does room service at 8 in the morning This place needs to be up to date with hospitality procedures. The events of my stay were not mistakes but nonprofessionalism
