Russell Hotel

The staff is very efficient, hardworking and polite

Since I checked in early, I was told that I had the right to breakfast the next day, but I was not given breakfast. I went out for breakfast. This is not nice at all. This should not be done to a customer. I have been to a hotel three times.

Room was nice and spacious with a fridge and air con. Lift in the hotel made transitioning from floor to floor easy. Security on the ground floor 24/7. Breakfast was fine - chef cocking eggs made to order. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lots of shops, banks etc. 5-minute walk away. Night markets easily walkable from the hotel. Good supermarket 10-min walk away.

Location is a bit ghetto-like and not for the faint hearted. More variety at breakfast.

Rooms are super nice amenities and well clean ,access to city easy as compared with Uganda traffic jams

Poor internet and noisy because of the its location in city centre traffic almost 24 hours

Rooms seemed clean. Bed was not bad.

THEY HAVE COCKROACH. We arrived late and had a very uncomfortable night imagining them clawing to my bed. They changed my room but the other one still had the roaches. My colleague's room also had them so we checked out the next day.
