Villa Mankani Dambulla, centrally located in the cultural triangle

The accommodation is fantastic, It's a beautiful villa set in the heart of nature, surrounded by all kinds of local wildlife. However, what truly stands out is the staff. Nalin and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive. In fact, we had an issue with our car, and they went above and beyond to resolve it, even though they didn't have to. Their exceptional hospitality made our experience truly special.

We loved everything about our stay. The only thing to note is that the accommodation is about a 15-minute drive from Dambulla, the nearest city. Therefore, it's recommended to have a car or a driver to get around easily.

Wide big and spacious rooms. Amazing food. Away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet. The name Villa Mankani by Oasis speaks for itself, indeed an Oasis with a swimming pool and close by lake to explore. Sigiriya rock is about 30 minutes from Dambulla centre on a tuktuk, this will probably save you money. It is worth going to Polonnaruwa (you need 2 hours travel time to and from and 2 hours tour) spend a day by visiting both the Sigiriya lion rock and the cave rock temple next to the golden temple. Big thanks to Nalin and his team who made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Nothing to dislike. As there is internet connection in the common area. They are awaiting broadband access from each rooms as the local internet company provider is very slow with installation.

For some travellers, the availability of wine and/or beer would be great with dinner. Might be worth noting this so that travellers know to bring in advance.

The villa is very tastefully done to fit into its beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and everything was beautifully finished. The Sri Lankan breakfast was also delicious, with great hospitality from everyone at Villa Mankani. Thank you for a great stay, and we'll see you soon!
