"It was fine, but the attention needs to improve loads."

The rooms were clean.

The a/c in the first room wasn’t working properly. I had to ask over 3 times for this issue to be fixed. Finally, I asked for a room swap and it was given. The attention overall was really poor. Members of staff are not keen on serving and helping guests.

the old style colonial decorations

* toilet was hard to flush, missing enough water or take long to fill * security or one staff was annoying didn’t let me take pictures from balcony during sunset, telling me I only was allow to be around the pool, but early around noon I was able to take pictures * they asked me to not take pictures or videos on certain part of the lobby. some staff let me take pictures other didn’t. it was annoying * the was not a restaurant to eat at the hotel, they told me the restaurant only open for breakfast
