the staff are liars. especially the manager called Annie. she promised to resolve my complaints but didn’t. terrible customer service. I felt lied to and my whole visit was spoiled by the stress of the situation

the property was lovely. unfortunately on your site the facilities such as restaurants, swimming pool etc were unavailable

I felt lied to by the management. I paid for services that I did not receive. I tried to resolve the issue with the management. Annie the manager promised to call to call to resolve the issues. she knew that I was returning to Caracas on the 29th for three nights. She assured me a room upgrade and a special discount would be given. but asked me not to book through the app so they could avoid the fees you charge!! I tried to call Annie on the 27 and 28 both times a return
