Meliá Caracas

The hotel is a bit dated but it has been kept in very good condition, the room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable. Initially the WiFi was weak but the staff immediately installed a router in the room and it worked very well, I was also able to work. The breakfast is delicious. The fitness center very good and spacious, I had a massage and that was very good too. The staff at reception are very helpful and caring.

If you like to watch tv, the signal was too weak (not an issue for me). The safety box did not work.

The bellboy was very nice

Terrible service and and the facilities were not good, no air conditioning functioning properly, the room when checking in was dirty and there was not hot water, we made a reservation for dinner and they did not put us on the list, we were not able to eat, alternatives for eating were not provided and up to today they did not refund us the money so practically the stole us, really avoid this hotel by all means

Nice old school luxury vibes. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is super attentive and nice.
