Beautiful Beachfront Condo

The view, the beach was beautiful,

At the time they were doing construction in the room next to us so we couldn't enjoy the balcony much

The location was excellent, right on the water. Views from the balcony were beautiful. There were some nice updates to the condo and the beds were comfy.

Air conditioning (more of it, the unit they had was very weak) would be wonderful! There was no comfortable seating to sit and relax.

The location and affordability were great. The property was clean, comfortable, had modern casual beach vibes. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Nice beach view. The property was safe with nice security guards and lots of families staying in the building. The pool was open. The grounds were clean and had nice spots to relax.

The property is still under construction. It looks like they are still fixing balconies. During our stay, we couldn't go out to our balcony. However, they told us know ahead of time, offered a full refund if we decided not to stay, and offered a great discount if we did stay. We decided to stay and were happy we made that decision. We heard some jackhammering after 9:30am on a couple of days during our stay, but we were usually out exploring the island before construction started for the day. There was no construction on the weekend or when we would return around dinner time.

We liked that it was overlooking the beach. Room was clean and inviting with tropical relaxing music playing as we entered! Nice touch! Nice and quiet.

We didn't like the system to retrieve our room keys with the key box. It was hard to find had to call for assistance. I know other people when they arrived had the same problem. To far from Waikiki. It wouldn't have been bad it was the traffic that was a problem. The property needs to be spruced up on the outside as the landscaping and the building itself are not kept up. The rooms are nice. The pool wasn't open for use due to construction.

Property was incredible. Amazing location and excellent use of snorkelling equipment etc.

I love the location! It has a really cool beach just in front of the condo and we got to see giant sea turtles on the beach on 2 mornings while we were there! Safe beach for families to swim at also. The unit we stayed at is really nice and clean. It has snuggles and beach towels, mats etc For use as well. The host is really friendly and even gave us some Hawaiian chocolates to enjoy! Great place for a few nights of stay at the North shore area! Strongly recommended 😀

Saw some small cockroaches in the morning near the kitchen area.
