"Cockroaches"

Looked updated inside from pictures

The property had cockroaches and ants. Guests was bit numerous time on body on one night. Guest contacted the property to inform them of an immediate departure from the premise. Property management acknowledged roaches were present and initially offered a full refund. Then took back their statement and only refunded a percentage of the payment. The property refuses to refund the full amount.

"Will not be staying here again cause had to clean up after… don’t hv to in a hotel & hotel is about the same… noise"

It had lil cockroaches here & there… kitchen & bathroom is where I saw them…

We really enjoyed staying on this side of the island. It was far enough away to enjoy the countryside of Oahu, but close enough to all of the places we wanted to visit. They had chairs and boogie boards for my grandchildren to use, so that was a plus! The condo inside was great! They also had coffee for us, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

We didn't know that construction was going on at the condos. When we pulled up it was a bit of a shock to see all of the equipment, scaffolding, etc. However, it ended up not bothering us one bit. Apparently they do not work on the weekends, but we arrived during the week and had no problem at all with noise. The only other thing was that the air conditioning did not reach into the bedroom so we used the fans supplied to try to cool it down, but we slept warm. It was in July however, in the middle of a heatwave, but just something to note.
