Greenlake House Top Village

Great apartment with absolutely magnificent views from the balcony. Nice owners, fully equipment kitchen, dedicated parking lot, coffee machine, everything was just great! We've also got a number of recommendations about the surroundings. Thank you for everything!

Not a problem, but thing that you need to be ready to - the apartment is located high enough, this means that it's not super easy to reach by foot. And it also will require some minimum practice with the car as there are steep roads (high angle)

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at, with epic views of the lake and a lovely host. Albert really attended to our every need, and was so helpful and generous. The bed was comfy and clean Shower pressure is amazing Nice coffee machine with pods Big fire heater that made it feel cosy from the rain Fridge/freezer Big wardrobe Nice table and chairs for the balcony with a retractable canopy- helped us a bunch to enjoy the view and shelter from the rain -and many more! Would love to come back here again

I loved my stay, but here are my recommendations- As mentioned in other reviews, I cannot stress enough how steep the hill is to Greenlake House. I had read the reviews and was aware of this, it’s 100% worth it for the views and lovely stay. If you’re without a car, I’d recommend going to the shop after arriving in Lenno, and gathering supplies before venturing up the hill to save you more trips. The wifi could also cut in and out, we didn’t mind at all as we kept ourselves busy, but wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a digital nomad or are planning to work and need wifi.

The location is incredible, the view is astonishing. It's very quiet due to its more remote style location in a less 'touristy' town on lake como. We stayed over 3 nights and the villa was better than expected, private, remote and with every amenity you'd ever need on a short or even long stay. The host is an absolute delight too and couldn't be more polite or helpful by giving local tips and answering every need of ours! Couldn't recommend more.

There's really nothing not to like about this place. However the hill will be bigger than you expect and after a long days out walking and exploring you have to be ready for it! (water and such) It's doable, of course, but you may need a couple breaks. But there's an amazing view to take in while you do so!

The owner of the place was very kind. He helped us with every question we had. Very beautiful view from the balcony, clean and comfortable.

The view is amazing, and the hosts made everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with finding a place to repair our car's air conditioning on short notice. Well equipped kitchen with nesspresso cofee machine and even washing machine available. We had a small closed area for our dog that was ok as we were out visiting and walking most of the day. The rule is that dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds but was ok for us as we carried anyway our dog's bed with us. Parking place available in the shared courtyard with keys provided for the automatic gate. Good breakfast provided on request and paid at location. Everything was great!

It was not a problem for us, but it is good to know that going by foot in the city and coming back up needs some physical condition and good fitting shoes. But steep slopes are expected where the mountain and the lake meet.

Absolutely fantastic view! Good location - close to Lenno, which is serviced by the ferry so we could visit other towns really easily during our stay. Lovely hosts who were very welcoming and helpful. House was clean and well equipped with necessities. Would definitely stay again!
