The view

No breakfast available which was stated on the website as included, lots of bugs (beetle, ants, house centipedes) and found 2 live scorpions on the walls, no drinks available, not easy access or navigation to the property due to steep and narrow roads, unclean floors, no drying rack for clothes, outdated furniture and uncomfortable bed, far from town, unwalkable to property due to slope of hill and distance from town, gate key did not work. Pictures did not look like the property. Wifi is not usable in the bedroom. The town was unsafe as we were scammed and inappropriately touched by a local restaurant owner (Il Cris Restaurant).

One of the best places to stay at Lake Como. The view alone is worth every price. If you think that the photos from the booking site look amazing, you will be shocked, because it is even nicer on the spot. Apart from the view, the house itself is very stylishly decorated and very clean. As soon as you cross the threshold, you immediately feel like home. In the house, there is everything for your needs. Even a heating stove for the colder evenings. The host, Alberto, is very friendly and helpful. He will be happy to answer all your questions and tell you a bit about the area. Therefore, if you are thinking about booking a stay in this place, do not waste your time thinking about it. Book and enjoy your stay in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Como! It is worth every penny.

The house was great, the view was breathtaking and our host was exceptional.

The water heater is a little behind if you are with a group of 4, but we just had to wait a little bit for it to warm up.

Our host was availabile as and when necessary and was very dedicated and willing to accomodate our needs and make our stay pleasant. Finding the house and climbing the last part of the road was somewhat uneasy at arrivzl but this was also very well tempered by our host who fetched us and showed us the final way. On top of that, parking alongisde the house is possible. Last, the landscape is absolutely wonderful, with a wide and direct view on the lake !

The hosts were BEYOND amazing. They were so polite and helpful with everything as regards our stay. The house was very clean when we got in. The view was absolutely gorgeous.

The location was a bit hard to find & was quite a distance from the nearest village. Wifi signal was also not very strong.
