The room itself was clean on arrival, and the initial appearance in photos seemed appealing. Staff communication at first was polite.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. The property felt more like a residential compound than an authentic riad experience. Several advertised features and facilities were misleading or disappointing, including the lack of proper relaxation areas, limited natural light, and missing aspects that influenced our decision to book. There was also no hairdryer, no lamps everything you see in the listing is not there The pool closure on Friday was not clearly disclosed before booking, which significantly impacted our stay. When concerns were raised, responses felt more focused on protecting reviews than resolving genuine guest issues. Due to the significant difference between what was advertised and reality, we felt forced to leave after only one night and pay additional money for alternative accommodation. This caused major disruption, unexpected expense, and disappointment during what was meant to be a special holiday.

Que está dentro de una urbanización que puedes comprar cosas en cualquier momento y hay varios restaurantes y cafeterías. También hay empresas para contratar excursiones. Muy amable el personal encargado del Riad , cualquier duda te la resuelve. Taxis en la misma puerta a cualquier hora para poder desplazarse.

Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, pero eso creo que es más cultural que de lo que estamos acostumbrados

This riad offers really great value. The facilities are better than anything of a similar price directly within the medina. The beds are comfortable, the showers actually have perfectly hot water and great pressure, the living room is lovely. Mickey is a great and attentive host. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and the shops have fair prices. I extended my stay and spent a week here.

The riad is located in a small community that is immediately outside the medina/old city, however you do have to cross a busy road to access it. The north/eastern half of the medina is more oriented towards locals - this was the only part of Marrakesh that I had any issues with people being a little too aggressive in their approach. Avoid the area directly near the tanneries. The room with one large bed has a window overlooking a mosque nearby. There is daybreak call to prayer (maybe only relevant during Ramadan). The room two single beds does not have an exterior window, it's quieter but does not ventilate well. Overall I prefer the room with one bed. The internet connection was always stable, but never had great performance. Washing machine works well but there's no dryer. You must hang-dry clothes on the roof terrace.

This beautiful riad has a lot of potentials. It is located in a gated complex close to medina (30min walk to Jemaa el Fena) and the owner owns a restaurant there as well. The complex feels really safe and quiet and there are some good cafes, restaurants, stores, travel agencies and pharmacies in the complex. It has a well-equipped kitchen (though it needs to be cleaned and organized). We used the laundry machine a couple of times. We ate very good BF at the owner's restaurant (though we got only express BF on days that the restaurant was crowded). We always had hot water. We used the living room a few time, which was really pleasant.

While the riad has a lot of potentials, it felt understaffed. The owner is super busy with the restaurant so we did not get room service during our 2-week stay (however, we got clean towels and toilet papers whenever we asked), Some parts of the riad (kitchen, fridge and washrooms) needs to be cleaned and organized. The Wifi was erradic
