Ubicación perfecta, limpieza, habitaciones amplias y modernas.
El servicio de limpieza fue bastante ruidoso. Durante la estancia se escuchaban claramente sus conversaciones y gritos en el pasillo, lo cual resultó incómodo y me despertó muy temprano 😖

Muy bien la ubicación.
La limpieza, había telarañas y hongos en la regadera igual al tomar las toallas salió una cucaracha, asqueroso! lo reporté y me dijeron lo siento pero no hay personal de limpieza hasta el siguiente día !!

Chambre très grande et bien agencée. Frigo dans la chambre. Personnel très sympa. Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier sympa, proche du centre historique et des restaurants.
Couloir de nage. Parking “sécurisé” pas franchement rassurant, avec un affichage: l’hôtel n’est pas responsable des dommages ou vols causés au véhicule. Il est préférable de se garer devant l’hôtel sur l’avenue.

Hôtel correct, bien placé dans Merida à 15 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale et grand place, propre et au calme, parking gratuit dans la rue derrière.. petit déjeuner très bon dans le restaurant Diego attenant à l’hôtel, attention Clim très forte
Personnel pas souriant du tout, c’est dommage c’est pourtant un vrai plus

Gracias a su aplicación, después de introducir en búsqueda de hotel Mérida España, su página sin darnos cuenta, nos desvia a Mérida Méjico. Reservamos este hotel pensando que estábamos reservando en Mérida España. Cuando llegamos a Mérida España, no teníamos ninguna reserva en ningún hotel. Tuvimos que pagar 400€ por dos noches, en un hotel de muy mala calidad por qué era la única opción que nos quedaba. Todo, gracias a su aplicación. Espero me devuelvan el dinero.
