Amenities could be improved (shower cap not working properly, too few coat hangers in the wardrobe) Bit more general cleanness can help SPA is too small and not higenic

Er wordt helaas gerookt in de kamers. Bedden mogen best vernieuwd worden

Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, внимательный к просьбам менеджер на ресепшн. По нашей просьбе переселили в номер для некурящих. Девушки Сезен и Гюльджан, которые обслуживали нас на завтраке- приветливые и улыбчивые, это очень приятно. Великолепный турецкий завтрак. Менемен- восхитителен! Спасибо всем сотрудникам за наш отдых!

"Хороший отель, но если бы завтраки были бы лучше, то можно было бы и поставить 10."

Работает сауна, в номере было число, приятный персонал. В январе в номере было очень тепло.

Завтрак был не шведский стол, а выбираешь из меню. Не всегда приносили то что мы заказывали. Скудный выбор в меню. Не было фруктов.
