MOONDAY HOTEL

We arrived very late over the night, the receptionist came ahead and helped us with the luggage and made the check-in process quick and smooth so we could go and rest. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, the bed and the mattress were super comfortable. After check out they let us leave the luggage at the reception and called us a taxi when we needed it.

The wellness facilities were closed, therefore we couldn't use them. The breakfast was nice a la carte, but the waitresses did not speak English, so we got completely other foods than what we ordered, however, they were kind.

Clean, pretty hotel

There was not English breakfast menu nor someone speaking English , So it was difficult enough to order and finally we did not get what we though we ordered .

The hotel was lovely, turkish style decorated. In the evening turkish lamp created a specific atmosphere in the room. Everything was clean and good smelling. The bathroom was just amazing, including a "mini hammam". Breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was gorgeous, including the Erciyes mountain, partially covered by snow. And, above all, the whole staff was friendly, smiling and willing to help and to create a confortable atmosphere. We thank them all for a short, but very nice holiday in a wonderful Turkish hotel.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have again massage in the hotel. This could bring a little bit more relaxation, after some hours spent visiting the beautiful town.

extremely pleased with the hotel, especially due to its exceptional hygiene standards and the warm and helpful staff. Ahu, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Nice room with comfortable bed. The hotel is in a good location with a lot of caffes near.
