Seaside Ruins

The apartment was clear, modern and nice. Alfonso was an amazig host, he was well informed and very kind. Also offered his help in transportation, since the city center is a bit far (30-40 min walk) from the apartment.

I want to thank the owner very much for the comfort offered, the accommodation was superb, in addition to all the facilities, I also received free breakfast from the host. Parking is accessible in the garden of the house. If necessary, there is also an elevator. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything I needed for my vacation. I recommend.

An excellent and new stay with very spacious, clean and modern rooms. The host (Alfonso) needs a special mention as he was always available and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The stay also offered a free parking spot for every room and is located near a train station.

Everything new and clean Host super friendly and helpful

Our host was super nice and we have got a really warm welcome. He was very flexible and received so many information about the local transportation and good restaurant suggestions. The accommodation is a new building, beautiful and fully equipped.

The neighborhood can be scary at first, but we drove the whole time by car, so we didn't experience any atrocities. We do not recommend to walk by the city not just because of the distance.

Great location, extremely clean with everything we needed and more.

We (2 adults - 2 children - 8/10) just returned after staying at Seaside Ruins for 6 nights...it was great. Our host Alfonso answered all our questions and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our apartment was as shown and the whole building must have been recently renovated because everything was pretty much brand new. ~10 min drive to the nearest train station so you can get to Pompeii or Napoli easily and with less stress than driving. ~10 min to the center and seaside (not really great beach) but Sorrento is just 45-60 min away. ~1hr to Positino. The neighborhood is not much to look at but if you want to pop around to many destinations it's a great home base. Thank you very much Alfonso for making our stay great!

The neighborhood was not walkable, meaning you would not go for a night time stroll but I knew when booking I was not staying at the seaside. This was just a home base. Nice pastry shop just down the street.

The place is renovated up to-date and is completely new. The photos don't look that good as it is in reality. The host is a young and an attentive guy. I should say it is the best place to stay in the area if you want to see Pompeii, Vesuvius, Positano and Amalfi.

We were satisfied with everything.
