Catania Vibes

The closeness to the train station and room 2 was beautiful with tall cieling and a beautiful balcony access. The check in was so simple.

The neighborhood was not clean and seemed very run down. Rm 4 was horrible with a small narrow staircase leading to it from the kitchen, the only window showed a small blocked in area showing other windows, the nasty smell when you open the main access door downstairs. This main door is a shared space with other Apts and is not controlled or cleaned by this booking host.

The only positive point about this property is 5min of walking to the catania central station.

I didn’t receive the check-in instructions before my arrival, so I had to call twice, but no one answered. After a while, I finally received the instructions by message. A used and dirty blanket from the previous guests was left in the wardrobe, and there was no clean one available. There was no soap in the bathroom, the container was broken , the towels were used, and the room felt damp and stuffy. The only window — as well as the bathroom windows — opened into a dark inner void of the building, full of mosquitoes. There was absolutely no real airflow or fresh air inside the room. The staircase to the room was extremely narrow — it was almost impossible to carry luggage upstairs. The doors were thin and noisy, and you could hear every sound from the shared area. Around 2 AM, someone was banging and struggling with a door lock for almost half an hour — it honestly felt like someone was trying to break in. Overall, this place was an absolute waste of money, even for a single night before a flight.

Meget lille brusekabine

Location and communication was pretty good. Sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was ok but it's out of the building in bakery nearby which is not emphasize.

Bathroom is horrible, shower falls only from the wall 🚿 it was difficult to take a good shower also is impossible to clean shower cabin and the mold was everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. The whole apartment (and building in general) requires BIG renovation; furniture is damaged, walls are dirty, decorative pillows are very dirty. Wifi has a poor signal. There is no space to dry swimsuits or towels etc.

Vicino alla stazione

Capelli sulle lenzuola , ragni nella doccia , nessun sapone per fare la doccia , water sporco, manutenzione zero, formiche. E secondo piano senza ascensore. A dimenticavo , la colazione è in un bar che bisogna raggiungere a piedi. Quindi prezzo immotivato.

Forte odeur d'humidité. Prévenu le responsable qui m'a répondu par message mais n'a rien fait au final. La procédure pour accéder à l'intérieur un peu compliquée à mon goût.
