Brilliant everything on point

식사도 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들도 친절하고 영어도 아주 잘합니다. 리셉션과 왓츠앱으로 소통하면 되는 것도 편리했습니다. 수영장에 가지고 놀 수 있는 튜브가 비치되어있어서 아이들이 아주 즐겁게 사용하고 놀았어요. 버기카로 해변까지 무료로 픽업해줘서 거리가 먼 것이 좀 상쇄됩니다. 대신 시내까지는 추가비용을 받고 데려다줘요. 객실이 매우 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 사용하기 편리했습니다. 탄자니아에서 머무는 그 어떤 호텔에서보다 샴푸 린스 등 어메니티의 퀄리티가 좋았어요.

시내와의 거리가 있어서 한번 나가려면 추가비용이 드는 것이 안타깝습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단으로 걸어올라가야 하는 점이 아쉬워요. 레스토랑 직원의 친절도가 조금 떨어집니다.

Our stay was fantastic, the hotel and the staff couldn’t have been better. It’s near to the beach (either by free hotel buggy or a 5 minute walk) that has some great bars and restaurants. The staff honestly couldn’t have done more to look after us during our time here, catering to my partners gluten allergy with care. We’ll be back again if we’re ever in Zanzibar!

Helpful and genuinely nice staff members, amazing service 24/7. Great pool, gym and air conditioning. Rooms are a good size and comfortable, beds and pillows are thick and soft. Cleaning is impeccable. The chefs can cook very well. Buggy to beach is a nice extra, as well as the yoga classes. Breakfast specials and Swahili food night are top notch, quality of prepared food is delicious especially when asked to make local food. No alcohol means the place is very chilled with no parties, quiet in evenings with lots of privacy. Paje town and beach are easily walkable and lively, with lots of food options and activities nearby

Small details making a 9 and not a 10 for me. Rooms are not designed that well: toilet right next to bed and sometimes the toilet smelled, no small cozy/romantic lights, no light for bathroom sink but only for whole room, no closeup mirror with light, no rail for more than one towel, getting out the shower allows bugs to get in the room as the shower is outside, extra door before you can access mini fridge. The restaurant has so much potential which is being lost a little, it’s clear the chefs know what they are doing (considering breakfast specials, Swahili and bbq night, etc) however food is quite limited with a European style menu for dinner, also certain breakfast and dessert items taste pre-made (for example pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls and chocolate mousse) and if you stay for more than a week the breakfast options are simply too limited to enjoy for an extended period of time, even with the daily specials. We asked the chefs to make some local food and it was of an incredible standard, quality in that sense is not the issue.
