Language barrier

Breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly and accommodating to guests. The hotel is also very clean, safe and modern. The hotel tuk tuk and beach buggie are both very nice touches that make the hotel stand out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms

Talk about 5 star service on a budget. I got there to a specially curated, handwritten note welcoming me. The place is elegant, easy to access, modern, safe with fully functional utilities and close attention to detail.

Some staff members, especially the men, are a bit forward.

Amazing stay at Samawa Living- exceptional rooms and service. Loved starting the day with their lovely breakfast and yoga sessions and ending the days in their comfortable rooms. We loved this part of our stay in Zanzibar so much!! Highly recommended for Paje.

The balcony views could be a bit better as there was some construction visible/audible but this was of no fault of the hotel.
