"Would have been a really good stay if the above issues were addressed and fixed."

Looked nice and modern, had everything you need.

*The electric garage roller door not working, had to pull down manually, garage door did not close completely. Didn’t feel safe. *1 x frying pan was rusty, egg spatula well used /worn out. *Found a cockroach in the cutlery drawer, really not pleasant. *Black marks on walls and stair well. Upstairs shower extractor broken. * Our belongings were taken from our car parked in front of the garage door, the morning of departure.

Nice tidy apartment. Was close to town. Good comms with host. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good value for money.

Some of the power plugs were loose. Upstairs shower curtain was ripped. Other than that no problems.

Great location, full kitchen facility with BBQ, good size bedrooms and bathrooms, clean linen and towels provided, good size living space. Our family had a wonderful stay, would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua.
