Central Oasis

the property was handy to our daughter so served us well in that area. it is bright and cherry. we did park our large SUV in the garage.

there was no instructions on how to use the TV, it is not the average TV it is more upmarket, great but could not use as did not know how. there was couple of challenges so I sent a very polite text e.g. no kitchen sink plug, the light outside the front door no working, a broke/damaged chair that we felt was unsafe so unusable. (in fact there was 2), while we did not expect them to come and fix or alter the rate an acknowledgement should of been made. We are moteliers and obviously our standards are higher than the letting agent.

Very spacious townhouse with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen and living area are large and there’s a small courtyard. A lock-up garage and laundry were a bonus. It’s a short drive to all the attractions in Rotorua and is lovely and quiet.

Most of the beds were comfy - the downstairs double was a little harder.

Easy to find, spacious. Room at level 1 for grandparents which is useful. Can watch netflix.

A bit old and needs some maintenance, garage can be challenging to park if you have SUV or 7 seater car. Have a washing machine but no dryer. Something wrong with key, always had problem opening and locking door.

Clean and well presented.

Immediate friendly response to our concerns with garage. Spacious and mostly clean. Accommodation relatively close to central city. Off-street parking. Quiet location. Supplied everything we needed for our three night stay. Great having two bathrooms. Nice towels and linen.

Tight squeeze getting in and out of garage. We have a Honda Fit, so anything bigger could be a problem. We didn't feel there was enough privacy as far as window coverings went - flimsy blinds that need replacing and some of them don't open and close properly. Could be a little bit cleaner in the downstairs bathroom - shower door needs a good clean and around taps of basin. Upstairs heated towel rail needs fixing to the wall. Maybe more 'comfortable' seating? We ended up sitting on the floor. The couch is not comfortable for more than one person and other than that there was a bean bag that lacked filling and dining chairs.

Lovely townhouse located approx. 5mins away from the city centre. Susan was very helpful and polite to deal with. Highly Recommend!

The home is close to CBD where many restaurants are. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and we have an enjoyable stay.

We found it hard to park in the garage at first, but after a few attempts, it became easier to get the car in.
