L'ubicació. A cinc minuts del centre a peu. La tranquil·litat del carrer. Aparcament gratuït al davant mateix de l'edifici. Per tant recomanable per si aneu amb cotxe. L'amabilitat i facilitat de comunicació amb el propietari. Apartament ben equipat i molt polit. No hi falta res. Sembla acabat d'estrenar.

És un tercer pis sense ascensor.

L'accueil et les prestations et l'emplacement.

C'est relatif il y a bien des places de stationnement gratuites autour mais il faut avoir de la chance pour en trouver une libre.A noter toutefois que le prix des places payantes est tout à fait raisonnable.
