Parfait! Très confortable, propre, joliment décoré et bien placé pour visiter Matera. Très facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement.

Posizione strategica a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La casa è pulita e ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario anche in cucina. L'host è stata gentilissima

The host is very friendly and responsive. I arrived after midnight at Matera train station and got good instructions from the host to self check-in. The place is 15min walk from the very center of Matera, very convenient. Only 5min from the train station, great location if you take the train or the shuttle bus from/to Bari airport. The room is a big studio with one big bed and one small bed on the other side of the same room. Very spacious for one person or two. Shower is very good. AC also works fine. Most of the time during my 4 nights stay I was outside, only came back pretty late at night. It felt safe to walk in the neighborhood even after midnight. During the night it was quite. If you stay inside during the day late in the morning and in the early afternoon, you will hear some noise from the street as well as in the apartment building hall way.

In general everything is well prepared and well arranged. I stayed for 4 nights, so if I got one or two extra towels that would be even better. But no big issue at all.

We spends 3 nights in matera. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. In fact, the apartment looks newer than the photo. As there were upgrading works for the train during our stay, it's quiet at night , just some noise during daytime but it doesn't bother us.
