The air con was set and couldn't be adjusted. The sheets (although smelt washed and clean) had some stain)

I love the location and the quietness of my room.

The laundry woman. She destroyed my new, expensive, white shirts with mixing it with other clothes. Need to compensate me but did not. She need to know how to do laundry for customers, she is slacking off.

We loved the hotel location and enjoyed the restaurant (the staff at the restaurant need to up their customer service, not friendly and they didn't smile much) Great having the store downstairs too. Was advised that when making a booking to use their website and not use booking.com

We didnt have a good experience on arrival as there was a "SYSTEM ERROR" where the hotel was over booked. They mentioned that because guests were using other sites to make bookings eg, booking.com or expedia.com that they were not linking to their booking system. 3 other guests had to be relocated. After a busy week in Savaii we just needed to relax before flying home. The Owner did apologize and was very nice to deal with, he actually drove us to our accommodation in Vaitele (which they made on our behalf) and picked us up the next day. He also upgraded our room when we returned. The escalator was working to go upstairs, but wasnt working to go downstairs, so was inconvenient to carry luggage downstairs. Security guard came over to help which was great. There was a strong smell in the bathroom, might be a problem with plumbing. Also, dont be shocked if you see a sign in the bathroom that says to not flush your toilet paper down the toilet.

Just the Pillow

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was in a very poor condition. There was no proper ventilation, and the layout made it impossible to watch TV from the bed. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic kitchenette — there was none. The bathroom was disgusting, with a horrible smell that made me feel sick. The floors were soaking wet when we arrived, and the only sofa provided was falling apart. The water wasn’t working properly, and the air conditioning remote was unreadable — it was completely in Chinese. While breakfast was offered for free, given the condition of the room, that’s the last place I would choose to eat. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and absolutely not worth the money.
