NZWifi was great as I was working. Great TV for nights in and movies. Staff were so lovely and accommodating- they are amazing.
While the staff were great as fixing things quickly I think they should have checked all this prior to us staying, shower was blocked, toilet seat was broken. Fridge didn’t really cool your beverages. The breakfast was not that nice, was expecting fresh island fruit or something, but was just cut up orange and juice that was cordial, instant coffee which was lukewarm warm, not that appetising - be nice to have something with more of an island feel.
NZHow newly renovated it is, how clean it is. Convenient the location is to the city, compared to Sheraton apia we stayed for a fraction of the price. I can say was 10/10 ! Lonely staff and service.
Maybe something they could work on is the smell in the bathrooms.

The room smelt of smoke which made the stay very uncomfortable. There wasn't any water in the bathroom and when we told the lady on reception she said it was because it was solo powered! She wasn't bothered either. Breakfast looked liked warmed up left overs from the night before in their restaurant. No hot tea unless you wanted Chinese tea. Very disapointing place.
AUClean with large rooms, comfortable beds with great pillows. Staff were pleasant and attentive to requests. Good location within walking distance to Apia town and bay.
Clinical atmosphere with strange property. Aircon was struggling in the heat. Massage parlour was not actually a working massage parlour. Breakfast options were minimal and poor.

Most of the time the toilet blocked there was a very bad smell not sure if it was the plumbing even when we changed rooms

Modern foreign owned hotel that has no character, soul or charm. Room is poorly designed eg light switches for beds are behind the actual bed head, curtains are hung from ceiling and about 10 inches away from window leaving a huge gap for light to come in, balcony allows other guests to simply walk around to next room..... THIS IS UNSAFE. The whole room smelt like it had been cleaned with a dirty stale smelly mop,(or maybe it was drains) also black mould in bathroom. Cooked breakfast is barely warm, well below acceptable standard and served in a huge mostly empty restaurant.

Seems the property was recently renovated, though the bathroom in my room had a very bad damp smell that didn’t go away for the whole three nights i was there. The room doesnt get cleaned once you have to manage it yourself i had one toilet paper and no spare and the bed though was great but decorative throw pillows had a gross smell that was so strong. Hopefully they will have a bit more accessible ways to go upstairs.
