Everything is the best we expected. food in the restaurant is delicious and can be recommended for anyone.

Provided a fridge for my medication on request. It was a great help.

Place was closed when we arrived. I have requested an early check in. Had to call the number I was given. After calling that number he arrived. We had to wait around more than 15 minutes with our luggage. I informed the same person prior to travel over the phone and as a message that I have booked the room for 2 people but it was missed when I booked the room. He said 'ok'. But after we checked in we were told that we have to pay extra LKR 1500.00 per day for the extra guest. Changed our mood completely. Place is closed from 1am to 11 am and no security and we were told that we have to call the person whose phone number we were given if we have to go out during that time. We informed that it was a health and safety risk if there was an emergency as doors were closed from outside and no way to get out. Then he gave my husband a key to the lock. We took a huge risk by taking it. They have to arrange something for the entrance like providing a swipe card so people who are staying there can go in and out safely. People using restaurants are using the same staircase which can be a nuisance to guests.

Staff was excellent, especially the Manager Shaun and Sameera. Very good service and hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and professional. There's a supermarket (Super K) nearby (at a walking distance) as well, which I really liked in terms of the location. The restaurant at Hotel Rosenro is open until midnight which is also a big advantage, specially for the ones who have late night dinners like me XD. A very safe place hence can be highly recommended to the solo travelers just like me.

Rooms are new, clean and staff is very friendly.

Staff is exceptional! Really polite, friendly and helpful (give us some cutlery and adaptor for charging). The room was ok, it was clean and decent for the price.

The only little thing was that there was a small leak in the bathroom, coming from underneath the shower cabin, but it was ok.
