We didn't have hot water for the duration of our stay
ZAGreat value for money. Very clean and warm inside.
There was little to no hot water in most of the showers
TW1. They are very mean about the supply of hot water in backpacker. Less than 5 mins of hot water supply in the cold weather. 2. The whole backpacker was empty, and our room were ready, we had 2 partners with mountain sickness and needed to take a rest. However, the staffs refuse early check in for us. 3. They charge for R 1000 for late check out after 10 am. It is mean 4. They charged us more than triple (R180) for extra blanket on site while the price for extra blanket on their own website was only R 50. We complained but they said they could not do anything.

ZAZAZAThe ablutions are abundant, there's even a bath tub available for use.
There was no indication that we would need to bring our own cutlery and crockery.
ZAThe staff were really good people and very accommodating. Thank you to Puseletso, the 2 ladies who checked us in at night 💕💕💕💕 The restaurant service was great too. The only challenge is driving to the lodge on those mountains 🏔️ use a well serviced car , powerful to climb up the hills.
The skiing and equipments costs were too expensive 🤑
