Central Retreat Apartments Universitate

The hosts were nice and available for any questions. The room was in a great location. The apartment was clean and not bad at all.

My problem was with the smell. It's terrible. There's a strange smell in the room (feels like dampness) and it's too strong1 It's hard to breathe.. I had to sleep with the windows open because I almost threw up..

Y avait l’odeur de la cigarette, y a de l’humidité, ça crée un odeur insupportable. Le lit c’est un canapé lit, mais y avait un odeur vraiment désagréable.

The location and ease of getting into the accommodation (just had to get the keys from the locker on the wall from the outside and that was all)

The housing had some water infiltrations or something, the ceiling was totally soaked and the smell of mold was so strong, it wouldn't dissappear no matter how long you would leave the windows open. Also the couch that we had to sleep on was terrible. Haven't slept so uncomfortably my whole life.

Nu mi a plăcut faptul ca era igrasie pe tevan, lucru care nu se vedea in poze, iar aerul era foarte greu de respirat din cauza asta. Păcat de apartament ca in rest arata foarte bine.

Открыв дверь увидели разобранную постель, грязное белье, полотенца и не мытую посуду, искали иное жилье.

Price was good

Not clean, a bit shady naighbourhood, smelly apartment.

L’appartement sentait la moisissure, irrespirable tellement c’était humide! L’hôte n’a pas voulu me rembourser mon séjour alors que j’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel tellement que c’était pas possible d’y rester. Porté de la salle de bain qui ne ferme même pas

Нам не повезло з тим що дістатися в апартаменти ми зразу не змогли тому що власник апартаментів дає не коректні інструкції щодо отримання ключей, сам в апартаментах не зустрічає. На повідомлення відповідає дуже рідко. А саме жахливе в нашому проживанні те що ввечері зверху почався потоп, до власника додзвонитися було не можливо, реакцій стосовно того що його апартаменти заливає водою ніякої. Нам вночі прийшлось збиратися і виїжджати в інший готель. Власник апартаментів кошти не повертає за цей інцидент.

The location of the property was quite convenient. Was able to go about with a walking distance.

The facilities were actually weren’t working. To start off with wifi, the wifi couldn’t connect so I contacted the property via booking.com site . I was told to turn off on the router but still there was no internet connection. Secondly there was no tap water in the kitchenette basin. The kettle wasn’t working, found out when I wanted to make tea. Also when it felt hotter, I tried to put on the AC, but the AC didn’t work either so there was facilities available but doesn’t seem to be working.

Clean, big and Ideal location.

The Internet was not working. I contacted the property owner he was too slow to respond and finally decided to ignore me. I would have given this property 9 but I am giving 7 because of this issue because I was working while travelling and internet was essentialfor me. Overall I loved the property very cosy big clean and wonderful location.
