Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment was very disappointing. When we arrived at 8 AM, we were told the team would clean the apartment until 3 PM. However, when we finally entered, the place was in terrible condition. The furniture was dirty, the washing machine gave electric shocks, and even after we requested clean bed covers, they only brought them the next day — and they were also dirty. The bathroom smelled extremely bad and dirty, and many of the listed amenities were simply not there: no coffee machine, no cleaning supplies, and several other missing items. Overall, the service was careless, the apartment was far below basic standards, and I strongly do not recommend anyone to stay here.
