The location! Everything we needed was walkable. The host and how accessible he was and friendly. The spaciousness of the rooms. The restaurant just below (Borgo 20) was fantastic! (Order the parmesan and proscuitto appetizer plates for a real taste of Parma!) Loved the gelato place on the corner steps away served wonderful coffee and pastries in the morning, and sweet gelato for the afternoon (Banchini)!

A set of new drinking glasses in the kitchen would be helpful. More toilet paper. The number of stairs to climb (fourth floor) with heavy luggage.

Simone was great! The location in the center of Parma is the best!

Bathroom quite small for tall quests. Missing Wi-Fi and some essential kitchenware.

Nice and modern apartment,on the third flour, few steps to city center,restaurants,sightseeing,shops,fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, 2 sleeping rooms with a lot of storage place , dining room+kitchen,24 h parking about 800 m. Great value for the money. Easy to communicate with the host, very helpful. Easy check in/out
