Great hosts and great location in the heart of Parma...as long as you're not driving. Apartment was immaculately clean and very comforatble beds. There is no lounge area, just the kitchen table which wasn't a probem as out all day and evenings.

Specifically filtered on parking... but not only is there no parking. you can't actually drive up to the apartment during the day as in the heart of the pedestrianised zone. Not a problem if you're arriving by public transport and are intending to investigate the heart of Parma. We didn't and we weren't! Ending up parking over 1 km away so a bit of a hike with luggage.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Around 15 minutes by foot from the train station and just a few steps away from Piazza Garibaldi. The apartment was recently renovated and we found it quite,homey and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the complimentary coffees ,water and soda in the fridge. Host Simone and Barbara were very accommodating and helpful with all our queries. We enjoyed our short stay in this apartment.
